Tokyo Ramen Restaurants featured in the 2021 Michelin Guide
Below are the ramen restaurants in Tokyo that were featured in this year’s Michelin Guide. The first two have received a one star and the rest of the list are recommended by the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand. The last five are new additions to the list. In total, 20 Tokyo ramen restaurants were featured in the 2021 guide. I will be updating with my review of each restaurant once it becomes available. Interesting to note, Japanese Soba Noodle Tsuta, the first Michelin Star ramen restaurant in Tokyo not only lost their star, but have been taken off the guide altogether for the second year in a row.
